Elevate Performance Health and Wellness offers an intensive, high-quality performance training camp, specifically designed to jumpstart athletes for their upcoming season. Our program builds a powerful foundation of strength and speed through safe, yet challenging, workouts.

The Program Includes:

  • Foundation of Strength: Develop explosive, dynamic, and durable athletes with developmentally and sport-appropriate strength training.

  • Sport-Specific Movement Mechanics: Receive coaching tailored to athletic movements, focusing on essential skills like first step acceleration, change of direction, and plyometrics.

  • Injury Reduction & Durability: Decrease the risk of injury with emphasis on key methods, including hip activation, mobility work, and knee/ankle stability and strength.

  • Comprehensive Wellness: Maximize athletic development with guidance on nutrition and recovery coaching.
